Cream Cheese Cracker Spread

2 8z Cream Cheese (softened)

3 T Finely chopped onions

1 t Pepper

4 T Milk

Mix all ingredients - refrigerate 6-8 hours. Enough for 2 boxes of "Sociable Crackers".
