Black Walnut Ice Cream

1/2 c Sugar

2 c Whipping Cream

1 c Half & Half

1/4 t Black Walnut Extract

1/2 c Chopped Black Walnuts

2 Eggs

Mix together, sugar, eggs and extract. Then add whipping cream and half & half. Place in to ice cream maker and follow directions of manufacture.

The last five minutes of making add the chopped black walnuts.

Freeze overnight in an airtight container.
