Sage Turkey Dressing
2 20oz Loafs of Bread
2 Celery Stalks, sliced fine
1 small Onion, chopped
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
2 Tbl Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp Basil
1 tsp Sage
1/4 c Butter or Margarine
7-8 ox Chicken Broth
Chop onions and slice celery. Saute' teh two in a frying pan with butter and half of the broth. Tear bread into small pieces and add all other ingredients. Now mix everything together and adjust teh moisture by using the left over chichen broth. Makes enough stuffing for a 20 lb bird.
