Witches Brew Wine Sangria
For the Sangria:
1/2 cup tart cherry juice
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 bottle of your favorite red wine Zinfandel would work great!
1/2 cup orange juice
24 ounces ginger beer
dry ice
For the Candied Blood Rim:
▢ 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
▢ 2 tablespoons honey
▢ 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds for garnish
For the Sangria: Combine all ingredients for the sangria in a large pitcher, punch bowl, or cauldron.
For the Candied Blood Rim: Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat until thickened (it will stop boiling once the moisture evaporates off) let cool before garnishing.
For the Individual Drinks: Dip each glass into cooled candied blood mixture and let it drip down the sides of each glass. Fill the glass with sangria and top with pomegranate seeds.
